    About the Role

    Magnetic Strategies specializes in local business growth. We help home service companies, retail shops, and community-based businesses get found, get chosen, and grow in their markets. Our approach goes beyond clicks — we believe that true performance comes from a comprehensive visibility strategy that connects paid media to local presence, reputation, and search authority.  We're looking for a part-time PPC Account Manager who understands this bigger picture and can execute paid campaigns that bring the kind of paid media expertise that fits naturally into a bigger visibility strategy


    What You'll Do

    Execute and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms with a focus on local market performance

    Apply a visibility-first mindset — understanding how paid media fits alongside local SEO, GMB, and brand presence to drive real-world results for local businesses

    Monitor performance daily

    Serve as the primary Slack point of contact during coverage hours — respond quickly to changes, flag issues, and implement fixes without waiting to be asked

    Deliver monthly performance reports that communicate results clearly and connect outcomes to the broader visibility strategy

    Work closely with our strategy lead to ensure campaigns are aligned with each client's local growth goals

    What We're Looking For

    3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic campaigns

    Experience working with local businesses — understanding geo-targeting, local intent, service-area campaigns, and what drives results at the community level

    Appreciation for holistic visibility strategy, not just paid media in isolation

    Proven track record you can speak to — specific campaigns, results achieved, and what drove them

    Fast, reliable communicator who takes ownership and operates well without constant direction

    Experience producing monthly reports for clients or internal stakeholders

    Nice to Have

    Experience with DSPs

    Familiarity with Google Business Profile, local SEO, or reputation management tools

    Background in agency or freelance environments managing multiple local accounts simultaneously

    Compensation commensurate with experience
